The Union of Cities and Municipalities of Wallonia is a non-profit organization which includes and represents all the local authorities in the Walloon Region. Its aim is to help them accomplish their missions to serve citizens.

The Europe/International Unit has as a main mission to assist Walloon municipalities to position themselves on the European scene (among others in the field of sustainable development) in order to enable them to integrate new ways of approaching issues which are common to European cities and municipalities. In that respect, it benefits from a significant experience in the organization of municipal cooperation

The Association of the City and the Municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region is a non-profit organisation serving the local authorities in the Brussels-Capital Region, created and managed by them.
The Forum for Sustainable Development is a project implemented by the AVCB with the support of the Brussels-Capital Region and Bruxelles Environnement - IBGE.

Through it, our objectives are to encourage and support sustainable actions in the municipalities and the CPAS of the Brussels-Capital Region.

The Centre Ressource du Développement durable is a public interest group between the state and the Conseil régional Nord-Pas de Calais. Its aim is to promote sustainable development in the Nord-Pas de Calais region and to help public and private stakeholders to put sustainable development measures into operation.
The CERDD is based on three main missions:

  • to analyse and assess sustainable development;
  • to explain sustainable development and diffuse good practices;
  • to unite stakeholders and lead discussion groups.
